Chasing the Word of the Lord (December Newsletter)

Partners,

Merry Christmas Partners! We here at Tim Hines Ministries pray that your Christmas season is blessed and full of Joy. We as a ministry and I’m sure you do as well, have so much to be thankful for. I am so grateful for your monthly support for this ministry. We have watched and participated with the Lord, as He has done marvelous things this last year. Five people have walked free from wheel chairs and assisted walking aids. I have watched the Lord pull the paralyses of strike off of people and heal in so many ways. Hundreds have come to know the Lord, saved for the first time. Deliverance, restoration, just God being God in so many peoples lives this year, has been a complete joy to be part of. Some personal mile stones have transpired, I have traveled 2.5 million miles to date. These are driving miles, I could only imagine how many miles I have flown over the years. I’ll be one year short this next year of preaching the gospel in four different decades. I think I could be getting a little better at ministering, with room to grow. 2019 is almost in the books, and we will come into the new year of 2020. I have had the Lord share some life changing things with me, and I can’t wait to share them with you. Twenty is the number that represents redemption. Get ready everyone for a double portion of redemption. I believe that this year we will see things as the Lord see’ them, and we will find so many new opportunities. One huge thing that will take place is, the healing of the soul. The Lord told me that He was going to show me what a whole soul looked like. All of us have many things in our hearts that we have been believing, for many years. We haven't seen the manifestation of our dreams, our visions or the presence and power that we have heard was coming. Many of us are victim's of a prophetic word. We are trapped in time, waiting on a time. I feel the reason much of what we have stood and believed to see and hasn’t happened, is because we’ve been broken people. God will not share a greater level of responsibility with immaturity that can’t be responsible with more success. The healing of the soul must be our focus going into this year of 2020. Seeing what God knows needs to heal. To show you how far off our vision is compared to Gods, can be seen in the lack of passion to save the lost. Soulwinning will be a main thrust in this decade. The main intent that the church exists. To have ambitions outside of doing what we need to be doing as a church, and as individuals, is some thing that must get straightened out. I hear the present day church saying things like, “I don’t feel comfortable with sharing my faith with someone publicly.” Pulpits are saying this, only gives the congregants the right to say this. And the world goes un evangelized. We are going to have to change our minds about our church services only being believer meetings. Kenneth Hagen designed his Sunday morning service around winning the lost. I feel that a church should never have a problem with two things, attendance and finances. If we reach the lost with the saving knowledge of the Lord, they like us, are going to want to honor the savior with their money. I am giving altar calls for the lost to be saved after praise and worship. We have people today who come and they have no idea what we are singing or preaching. Even those that attend regularly do not know many of the Bible characters. If we want believer meetings, there’s always Wednesday and Sunday night!
